Presidential Search Team Invites Feedback, Hosts Listening Sessions
Leading search firm AGB Search will facilitate campus forums and launches survey
The Randolph-Macon College Board of Trustees has selected AGB Search, a well-respected group of consultants with significant experience supporting colleges and universities selecting new presidents, to assist the College in the search for 91¶ÌÊÓƵ’s 16th president.
AGB’s role will help the search team articulate requirements for the position, advertise and recruit for the opportunity, and support both the search team and candidates as contenders are evaluated. The search team will have primary responsibility for selecting finalists for the role and recommending next steps. The Board of Trustees will then select a new president to succeed President Robert R. Lindgren when he retires in June 2025.
